- Sends you back an email with this basic information.
LIST
- Body of email is: LIST
- Sends you back an email listing available newsletters on the APC Mailing List Server.

Technical notes:

All Confirmation Emails and Subscriptions are sent to your Reply To address.
Each instruction must be placed by itself on the first line of the body of the email.
